From Unsafe Water to a Healthier Future
For years, families in Bolmaisan village, Qades District of Badghis Province, struggled with limited access to safe drinking water. Through the Water Emergency Relief Project (WERP), 237 families have gained improved access to safe drinking water, alongside hygiene awareness and stronger community participation.
Today, children can attend school more regularly, women spend less time fetching water, and families can look forward to a healthier future.
This is the story of how the WERP Project helped change that.
