Our Partners

Although DACAAR has no formally contracted partnerships, where relevant, we work with a wide range of organisations to maximise our skills, knowledge and experience. The organisations range from small community based groups to Afghan government departments and international organisations. Among other agents, we work closely with the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR), the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock (MAIL), the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation & Development (MRRD) and the National Solidarity Programme (NSP).

Our relationship with this wider community of organisations is not limited to just ‘working together’ but also involves sharing our resources, knowledge and experience, so that together we can build a brighter and sustainable future for all Afghans. As such, among our explicit programme targets, is the capacity building of government and civil society actors, through advocacy, training and technical assistance.
